Getting started with the "Our Water" Toolkit

In order to be effective agents of change, it’s important that we learn as much as possible about the issue that we hope address. Click the “general action planning resources” link below to see an overview of what conducting an initiative for change may look like. You’ll also find resources for beginning the process by forming an effective team and conducting assessments that will allow you to dig deeper into the issue that your specific community needs to address.

Once you've reviewed the general action planning resources, you may want to browse information on the commonly faced issues and concerns addressed in the customer, water utility staff and community leader sections to see if any of those are impacting your community.
